**Breaking News: Israel to Supply Greece With $4 Billion Air-Defense System**

Greece has approved a €3.5 billion ($4 billion) Israeli-made _“Achilles Shield” _air-defence network.

 The system will integrate Israeli radars and missiles from Rafael and IAI, alongside anti-drone capabilities, to counter aircraft, missiles and drones.

 The massive buildup comes amid Greece’s long-running rivalry with Türkiye and growing strategic competition in the Eastern Mediterranean.
