Afghanistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has summoned Pakistan's chargé d'affaires in Kabul to lodge a formal protest over cross-border air attacks conducted by the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) early Monday morning, September 21, 2026. 

The Taliban-led administration condemned the incursions as a direct violation of Afghanistan's airspace, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
