 Japan’s Air Force Chief, General Takehiro Morita, is scheduled to visit Air Force Station Jodhpur in Rajasthan from September 19 to September 22, 2026. 

His visit coincides with the high-profile, ongoing bilateral air combat exercise 'Veer Guardian-2026'. 

The landmark 14-day exercise, which runs from September 9 to September 22, marks the historic first deployment of Japanese fighter aircraft onto an Indian air base.
