BREAKING: The Norwegian Nobel Committee snubs Trump, awards the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize to Navanethem “Navi” Pillay for her efforts to promote peace and international law.

An 85-year-old South African jurist of Indian Tamil origin, Pillay made history as the first non-white woman appointed as a judge of South Africa’s High Court.

She served as the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights from 2008 to 2014 and also served as a judge of the International Criminal Court and President of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
