Shamshuddin Ansari, Irfan, and Mohammad Sohail were leading the Jihadi crowd in Bettiah, Bihar.

The Muharram Chowk in Bettiah was chosen as the site for the Chaos/Jihad under the guise of cockroaches.

Bihar Police took them for treatment.
