**Famous 5-star resort Imagica to be sold for ₹248 crore

Imagicaaworld Entertainment plans to sell its five-star Novotel Imagica resort to Juniper Hotels for ₹248 crore. The transaction aims to support the company’s long-term expansion and capital requirements. 

Located near Imagicaa Theme and Water Park on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, the resort features 287 Superior Rooms, five suites, 20 Premier Rooms and a Presidential Suite.
