Gang rape of a Class 10 tribal student reported in Assam’s Chirang district.

Three accused — Peer Mohammad, Nasirul Sheikh and Harunul Hussain have been arrested for taking the minor to a rented room, sexually assaulting her, recording the incident and uploading the video online.

All three are in custody. Tribals angry over regular cases of attack by peacefuls. Investigation is underway regarding larger conspiracy.
