**India Flags Abhayrab Rabies Vaccine Batch as Substandard**

India’s drug regulator has flagged Abhayrab rabies vaccine batch KE25012 as “not of standard quality” after it failed a potency test. 

The manufacturer, Indian Immunologicals Ltd, said the seized vials were not made by the company, raising concerns they could be counterfeit. 

Four people have been arrested and an investigation is underway.
