**India Nears $900 Million Deal With Israel for Six Boeing 767 Tankers**

India is reportedly nearing a $900 million agreement with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) to convert six Boeing 767 aircraft into multi-mission tanker transports. 

The Acquisition aims to strengthen the Indian Air Force’s aerial refuelling, long-range operations and strategic transport capabilities, with HAL expected to participate in the programme.
