India’s automobile market just delivered a blockbuster October!

Around 5.25 to 5.30 lakh passenger vehicles were dispatched, setting a new monthly record. Maruti Suzuki grew 20.5%, Tata Motors 21% and Hyundai 16.7% year on year. Electric car sales nearly doubled to 35,777 units, while two-wheeler manufacturers also reported strong festive demand.

This is more than a good month for carmakers. It reflects rising aspirations, expanding purchasing power and consumers willing to spend on big-ticket purchases. 

India's growth story is finding its way into showrooms across the country.
