Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the Northern Corridor for India’s high-speed bullet train network. Announcing the decision, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw stated that the mega-project will link Delhi to Guwahati. The high-speed corridor is set to significantly cut travel times, running through the states of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and West Bengal.
