**Reliance Proposes ₹2 Lakh Crore Nuclear Plant in West Bengal**

Reliance Industries has proposed setting up a nuclear power plant at Haripur in West Bengal’s East Midnapore, potentially attracting around ₹2 lakh crore in investment over six to seven years.

 The project could revive plans for the coastal site, which had earlier been identified for a 1,000 MW nuclear project.
