RUSSIA TARGETS RECORD $203B DEFENSE SPENDING IN 2027

Russia is planning a record $203 billion defense budget for 2027, devoting 43.9% of total state spending to defense and security forces. Earmarking nearly $590 billion through 2029, Moscow signals a long-term commitment to sustained, long-haul war operations.
