Russian President Vladimir Putin says Moscow remains ready for dialogue to end the war in Ukraine, but negotiations must reflect the “realities on the ground.”

Putin also described some proposals currently being presented to Russia as “exotic” and unacceptable.

The comments come as formal peace negotiations remain largely stalled, with Moscow continuing to insist that any settlement must address its core demands.
