Supreme Court orders Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut to APPEAR PERSONALLY before the bench on Nov 17 in a CONTEMPT case over his remarks against CJI Surya Kant. 

 SC: "The matter raises an issue CONCERNING the WHOLE INSTITUTION."
