**Section 144 has been imposed across Porkistan’s Punjab province **for five days, from September 13 to 17, 2026.

The Punjab government cited intelligence warnings of possible **suicide bombings,** **vehicle-borne IED attacks and target killings.**

The order reportedly bans public gatherings of five or more people, rallies, protests, processions and the display or carrying of weapons during the restriction period.
