SHOCKING REVELATION 

Saheb Singh, whom Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma slapped, already had an ASSAULT CASE registered against him for attacking an MCD employee. 

The incident was captured on CCTV. He was ARRESTED earlier & is currently out on BAIL.
