**Sikkim District Judge Moves Supreme Court Against High Court

Sikkim District and Sessions Judge Prajwal Khatiwada has approached the Supreme Court, alleging retaliatory vigilance action by the Sikkim High

 Court after he complained against a then-sitting High Court judge. He has challenged a show-cause notice, alleging harassment through transfers, withdrawal of security and multiple inquiries, and termed the action vindictive.
