— The FBI arrested 34-year-old California resident Wanying “Heather” Zhang for acting as an Chinese Spy agent and surveilling Taiwanese President Lai Ching-te’s son and family.

The FBI alleges Chinese officials directed Zhang to gather information/photographs that could provide Beijing leverage over Lai in a conflict.
