Traffic constable Javed Khan threatened senior officer Bharat Pandya after Pandya refused to mark him present when he was absent from duty in Ahmedabad. 

Javed Khan threatened to “pull out” Pandya’s intestines in front of other officers and said, 'I am a Muslim and this is my area.'
