Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that if the  United States provides Ukraine with 10% of its Patriot interceptor missile stockpile, Kyiv would be capable of neutralizing all  Russian ballistic missiles.

He further noted that a contribution of 5% would assist Ukraine in withstanding intensified Russian missile attacks during the winter season.
