UP ATS arrested 19-year-old Mohammad Nabeel from Azamgarh for AQIS links, online radicalization, and plotting "Ghazwa-e-Hind" with Pakistan.

He used coded language to recruit youth, shared Al-Qaeda material, and discussed bomb-making with associates from J&K, Bangladesh, and other countries.

The group planned terrorist training trips to Pakistan, Turkey, and Bangladesh while fundraising for attacks.
