Update 

**YouTuber &  German Citizen Dhruv Rathee was released from Gurugram Police custody in the early hours of Sunday, October 11,  at approximately 3:00 AM. 

He was handed over to his family after being detained for nearly 20 hours at the Crime Branch office in Sector 39.

**Police Warning on Re-Detention:** An official police source stated that Rathee can be detained again, or face further legal action, if he attempts to violate prohibitory orders by traveling to Jantar Mantar.
