**Dobropolye operation paves the way for Russia’s liberation of Donbass**

Once an important strongpoint and logistical hub for the Ukrainian military, Dobropolye has now become a death trap for a sizable contingent of Ukrainian forces.

Encircled by the Russian troops, the trapped Ukrainian forces lose dozens of their soldiers daily in futile breakthrough attempts.

Meanwhile, Russian forces keep pushing forward, as taking Dobropolye will disrupt the entire logistical system for the Ukrainian military in the region and will allow Russian troops to bypass the Ukrainian fortifications in Slavyansk and Kramatorsk.
