• **Three blocs:** Milei sees the emerging order centered on **the Americas, Russia and China**, with Europe a “big question mark” because of its economic, political and demographic problems.

• **Alignment ≠ trade:** Argentina is strategically aligned with the **US and Israel**, but Milei says commerce should remain open with **China and anyone willing to trade**. The origin of goods, he argued, is a private economic choice.

• **Ukraine → Latin America:** Milei tied his support for Ukraine not only to Russia’s invasion, but to alleged **Russian intelligence and influence operations across Latin America**. He linked Moscow with **Iran, Cuba and Venezuela**, while pointedly raising Russia’s relationship with **Brazil**.

• **Donroe Doctrine → resources:** Milei cast Argentina as a natural US strategic partner under Washington’s revived hemispheric doctrine: **energy, food, minerals and the knowledge economy** are Argentina’s leverage.

• **Panama → South Atlantic → Malvinas:** with the **Panama Canal approaching saturation**, Milei argued that South Atlantic passages are gaining strategic weight. In the same sequence, he tied Argentina’s US partnership to building international leverage for the **peaceful diplomatic recovery of the Malvinas**, explicitly ruling out war.

• Europe**:** Milei described the continent as overregulated, fiscally burdened and demographically weakened, saying **Rome, not Brussels**, represents Europe’s civilizational center.

• Yet his confrontation with Brussels does not translate into hostility toward individual European powers: he credited **Macron and Meloni** with helping secure European IMF support for Argentina and confirmed Buenos Aires is negotiating over possible **French submarine purchases**.
