**Local authorities have allocated 10.5 million hryvnias (235k USD) for the repair of the Territorial Conscription Center (TCC) building in Sumy, which had been previously struck by Russian ordnance

> "People need a place to work, and they don't have another building. We always allocate funds for the defense forces and for security. Lately, the TCC has been fulfilling all its assigned tasks. Our job is to ensure that the TCC remains operational. There are no other options," stated the head of the city administration, Sergey Kryvosheenko.
