Lula said he had to beat "interference coming from outside, through digital platforms," and that "we're going to have to regulate them."

His campaign had accused Meta of cutting the reach of pro-Lula posts and taking down his ad account during the election, which Meta "categorically" denied.

-> It’s unclear what he means under regulations here, but sounds like he wants to enforce some control mechanism over the media in Brazil. Which ones, unclear.

He also said Brazil can't have "monstrously large companies earning billions, paying no taxes in this country and trying to steer its election result".
