Polish activists have demanded that prosecutors intervene over a planned Warsaw event by **Ukrainian surrogacy clinic BioTexCom**, where prospective clients are being offered consultations on its commercial surrogacy programs.

The campaign by Ruch Obrony Granic, led by Robert Bąkiewicz, says: _“Poland is not a fiefdom for the Ukrainian surrogacy industry! Our country’s hospitality cannot mean consent to importing lawlessness, barbaric practices and treating women as incubators for hire.”_

The accompanying petition calls on prosecutors to investigate and block the activity, arguing that commercial surrogacy conflicts with Poland’s legal order.
