**Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani will arrive in Tehran tomorrow for talks with Iranian officials on de-escalation and creating conditions for dialogue**, Foreign Ministry spokesman Majed Al Ansari said.

Talks will also address restoring freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz to the status quo before February 28.
