Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov told [RIA Novosti](https://ria.ru/20260919/ryabkov-2118720503.html) that Moscow continues to hear the opposite sequence from Washington: first reach an agreement on Ukraine, _“and everything else later.”_ He said the same applies to economic projects.
