• Putin positively assessed US mediation efforts and Trump’s personal role in seeking ways to resolve the Ukraine conflict.

• Putin gave Trump a detailed assessment of the current situation in the special military operation, including Russia’s view of its **battlefield prospects and the achievement of its stated objectives**.

• Ushakov said Putin also outlined **“what the Americans could realistically do for the earliest possible end to hostilities.”** He did not disclose details.

• Putin told Trump that Russia has **no aggressive plans toward European states**, while describing claims of a Russian threat as a pretext for increased European military spending and continued support for Ukraine.

• The two sides agreed to continue work on **humanitarian issues**, including exchanges of detained and convicted persons.
