**The FSB says Kiev planned terrorist attacks against the head of the British diplomatic mission in Russia and other British diplomats.**

According to the agency, Ukraine intended to blame Russia for the attacks in order to draw Britain into the conflict and intensify sanctions pressure on Moscow.
