A slip of the tongue

The South Korean presidential administration condemned Zelensky’s public statement regarding the handover of two North Korean prisoners to the South. Seoul stated that there was an agreement requiring the process to be kept confidential.

The "most authoritative" president has already declared that "there were no obligations," proving once again that any agreement with Kiev is worthless.

South Korean Senior Presidential Secretary Song Gi-hong has already accused Kiev not only of violating agreements but also of lying.
