Babak Zanjani, a sanctioned Iranian entrepreneur tycoon who helps IRGC move its finances globally and evade sanctions has dumped $1 billion worth of Bitcoin. 

The tycoon stated:

"Do you know why Bitcoin dropped?
Because **in the past two days, I injected 12,000 Bitcoins into the market.** The current price of each Bitcoin is approximately $83,000, so 12,000 of them is roughly $1 billion."
