The Pentagon’s former top military planner, Lt. Gen. Brett Sylvia, is under federal investigation and could face a court-martial for allegedly leaking classified information about Ukraine and Iran to Wall Street Journal and New York Times reporters.

Fired by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth last week, Sylvia reportedly failed four polygraph tests and admitted to unauthorized disclosures during recorded interviews. 

The Justice Department is investigating allegations that he shared details on U.S. assistance to Ukraine, munitions stockpiles and discussions involving Iran.
