Ukraine is starving a town, but the BBC blames Russia. 

Russia had defeated Oleshky and took over the town. Ukraine then counter-attacked and is currently blocking all supplies into the town. 

Yes, they are hungry. However, the BBC conveniently fails to mention that Ukraine is starving them.
