When a baby is born alive, after an abortion, do they kill the baby who's trying to live with a lethal injection to die quickly? Of course not, that would be considered killing. 

Instead, they'll leave the baby who is trying to live alone without support to die slowly. Because that is considered more moral (for them) than killing the baby with lethal injection or providing life support for the baby to live.
