A petition has been filed with the High Court of Justice against the Attorney General’s directive to postpone the E1 tender until after the elections.

The petitioner, the mayor of Ma’ale Adumim: “The policy decision to advance the tender was made many months before the elections. Stopping it now is actually political interference.”
