Hendel is calling on Winter to withdraw his support for a government with Netanyahu and the ultra-Orthodox parties, and is urging him to support only a “Zionist government without ultra-Orthodox parties or Arab parties.”

Combined with his statement that he would not serve under Netanyahu, the conclusion is that there is no reason to count him and Zelekha as parties in the political center.

They will go with the anti-Netanyahu bloc, and any realistic calculation of seats should add them to Eisenkot’s camp, provided they cross the electoral threshold.
