**i24NEWS Exclusive:**

Shin Bet chief Zini is seeking to question four senior politicians from the Arab parties under caution as criminal suspects.

1. **A senior Knesset member** – There is broad consensus that significant evidence exists against this individual. At present, their name cannot legally be disclosed. However, the lawmaker is expected to be questioned under caution.

2. **Ahmad Tibi** – Chairman of the Ta’al party.

3. **Mansour Abbas** – Chairman of the Ra’am party.

4. **Sami Abu Shehadeh** – Chairman of the Balad party.

The Attorney General demanded to review the evidence against the Knesset members before granting approval for their questioning. However, as of now, this has not been done, except in the case of the aforementioned unnamed Knesset member.

An embarrassing incident reportedly occurred during the meeting when Zini said:

“We will also request to question the Knesset member, um, what’s his name, what’s his name, what’s his name… Mansour Abbas.”

It was agreed that a joint investigative team would be established by the Shin Bet and the police. However, despite two days having passed since the agreement, the Shin Bet has yet to transfer the relevant materials to the police. As a result, the investigation has not yet begun.

The Shin Bet, the police, and the Attorney General’s Office have not provided any comment.
