New details about the difficulties in the negotiations between the U.S. and Iran:  

* As of now, the Iranians are only willing to commit not to develop nuclear weapons, while the Americans are offering one of the following options: selling the uranium to the U.S., transferring the material to a third country, or diluting the material.  

* Regarding Hormuz — Iran is willing to accept Iranian management, while the Americans insist on free navigation.  

* Regarding the funds: there is no agreement, so the Qataris (who else?) have proposed providing a $12 billion loan to Iran for humanitarian purposes.  

* Lebanon is included in the agreement.
