On the last election day, when it seemed that Arab voter turnout was lower than ever (which, of course, was propaganda by Drucker and his channel; in reality, throughout the day turnout was higher than in the previous elections), the political commentator published this astonishing tweet about the Arabs: “The trend continues, but there’s a claim that when the olive harvest is over, they’ll go vote.”  

Yes, yes. They’ll finish harvesting olives, shear the goat, prepare **hummus mashawsha**, roll their prayer beads, and then go vote.  

That’s how Drucker sees the Arabs: a bunch of olive pickers who are expected to unite or split up according to his temporary political need, as he sits there serving as the organizational consultant of the Jewish left. The Arabs themselves never interested him, except as an instrument for toppling the right. > For years, he and his colleagues have preached to us about the racism of Jewish society, only for it to turn out how deep his own contempt for them runs, how deep his indifference is. That same indifference leads him and his colleagues to completely fail to understand the nature of some Arab MKs’ support for the killing of hundreds of IDF soldiers on October 7, and the refusal of each of the nine to define Hamas and Hezbollah as terrorist organizations. He doesn’t know them and isn’t interested in them—let them vote for the government and go back to their affairs, whether it’s olive picking or attending a conference for Gaza.
