Towards an announcement of a new party being formed?  

Former minister Gilad Erdan has just informed members of the Israel Aerospace Industries board of directors that he is resigning from the board.  

In a conversation with them, he said that he is currently in a period of making significant decisions, and that these matters are where most of his attention is directed.
