In a deeply confusing and contradictory statement that, in my view, bears the fingerprints of the deep state, Israel’s Central Elections Committee chairman, Judge Solberg, alongside Shin Bet chief David Zini and Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara, stated:

“The suspicions are being examined, but even if they are substantiated, this does not detract from the validity of the electoral process or its results.”
