Two Jewish schools in Brooklyn, New York, were evacuated following bomb threats received just six minutes apart.

The first threat targeted Joel Braverman High School at Yeshivah of Flatbush at 9:54 a.m. A second threat was reported at United Talmudical Academy in Williamsburg at 10:00 a.m.

NYPD emergency units and bomb-sniffing dogs searched both buildings. No explosives were found, and all students were safely evacuated and sent home.

Police are investigating who was behind the threats.

Jewish children should never have to fear for their safety simply because they are Jewish.
