**WEB Proxy Support on iOS**

In the beta version of **Telegram for iOS** for the upcoming **12.10 (35129)** update, a new experimental WEB proxy type has been found.

The new web-based transport system complicates the process of detection, as the messenger employs a built-in browser (WebView) to exchange data. By using the browser's built-in encryption, it creates a real TLS/HTTPS connection that makes Telegram traffic less different from normal web browsing.
