****Обовʼязки:
**Manage and support the development of Electrical BIM models
Verify models, perform clash detection, and ensure compliance with quality standards
Support and mentor BIM team members
Coordinate work with other BIM disciplines
Prepare BIM documentation: reports, specifications/statements, BIM Execution Plan and shop drawings
Work in Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam on a daily basis
Communicate clearly with client BIM teams throughout the project
Improve workflows and modeling methods as needed

****Вимоги:
**4+ years of experience in Electrical BIM
Deep understanding of electrical systems
Strong Revit skills with a focus on electrical
**Experience using Navisworks for coordination and collision detection
Knowledge of BIM 360, ACC and Bluebeam
Team approach and team management experience
2+ successfully completed projects
Responsibility, organization and deadline orientation**
