T세포 수용체(TCR) 이중항체 전문 바이오텍 T-Therapeutics가 $133M 규모의 Series B 투자 유치를 완료하였다. 이번 라운드는 Advent Life Sciences와 British Business Bank가 공동 리드하였으며, 일라이 릴리를 비롯해 J&J, 독일 머크, 사노피(Sanofi Ventures) 등 글로벌 빅파마들이 대거 참여하였다. 

T-Therapeutics는 세포 바깥 표적만 공략할 수 있는 기존 항체와는 달리, 세포 ‘내’ 단백질을 타겟으로 하는. TCR-CD3 이중항체인데, TCR이 세포 내부 단백질 조각을 포함한 pMHC과의 결합한다. 

주력 제품 TTX-008은 암세포를 선택적으로 제거하는 고형암 치료제이며, IND 준비를 위한 비임상 개발 중이다. 두번째 제품 TTX-018은 염증 질환을 유발하는 특정 면역세포들을 선택적으로 제거하는 기전을 가진 면역/염증질환 치료제이고 전임상 개발 중이다. 

이 회사는 2022년에 설립되었고, 영국 케임브리지에 위치해 있다.
