Paycord is a PayTech company with a high-load platform for payment processing. We are seeking a Contract In-House Legal Counsel to support Paycord’s global operations and enhance the current legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Advise on commercial contracts, negotiations, and legal risks
-Conduct AML/KYC and sanctions checks
-Assess licensing and regulatory requirements
-Support compliance initiatives in fintech

Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of professional legal experience
-Strong knowledge of English and EU legal frameworks
-Fluency in English and Ukrainian
-Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
