**Job Opportunity for Women | IT Help Desk – Basra**
**Madarek Group** is hiring an **IT Help Desk** professional.
**Requirements:**
1. At least 1.5 years of experience in IT.
2. Basic knowledge of IT help desk support and troubleshooting.
3. Proficiency in **Microsoft Outlook**, email management, and professional correspondence — mandatory.
4. Proficiency in **Microsoft Teams**.
5. Spoken English at **B2 level**.
**Working hours:** 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
On-site from Sunday to Wednesday; remote on Saturday and Thursday.
**Monthly salary:** IQD 800,000.
